Did you know that employees do not leave their companies, but their managers?

At work, people spend more than one-third of their working day. Regarding that, it is very important how the working environment and the employees are. The toxic working atmosphere does not please anyone, and can greatly influence the company, as well as the performance results of each employee.

Research shows that people will choose to work for a lower salary if they have good leaders and mentors, who will support them through their development path. Before, companies have selected the employees. Nowadays, employees are choosing the companies, and the leaders they want to work with.

What kind of leader employees want to follow?

Menadžer-Lider-ZaposleniEmployees want an opportunity for development and progress. They want to feel that their work is valued and respected. They want to learn from others, but often also to teach others.

They want to go home motivated, as well as to work faster and better every working hour. They want to get rid of conflict and stress. They want to go home with positive energy and not to think of work and feel anxiety.

A manager who is ready to provide them with everything mentioned is the leader who they will want to follow!

How to become leader that employees want to follow?

The job is not as easy as it might seem. You are responsible for the business results, but also for running the team. In a certain way, you are part of the personal development path of each team member. It is important for you that interpersonal relationships are good and that your team members are motivated so that you can reach the target.

However, this is very hard to achieve because people within the team are, in most cases, very different, they are working in different ways, communicating and have diverse motivational drivers. It would be ideal if you knew how to align the style of communication and management for each? Now you can achieve it!

How to develop managerial skills through the PCM model?

PCM-Razvoj-Lični razvoj-Menadžeri-Tipovi ličnosti

This program is created for managers to get briefly in touch with the concept of a deeper personality structure, and help them develop and improve their skills.

According to the PCM model, each person represents a unique combination of 6 different types of personality (Thinker, Harmoniser, Imaginer, Persister, Promoter, Rebel) that have different needs, attitudes and motivation drivers. These six types of personality are, so-called, personality building characteristics of every human being.

Knowing your deep personality structure and the PCM methodology will enable you to develop adaptive communication skills, relieve stress and successfully manage conflict situations.

Also, the participants will have the opportunity to work on improving those specific behaviors that are necessary for the successful performance of managerial activities and establishing good team cooperation.

After this training, managers will be able to:

Menadzeri-Kolege

● Understand the behavior of each employee and communicate in a certain way to satisfy different psychological needs

● Improve their communication with different interlocutors

●  Improve motivational skills for different team members

Adapt their style of leadership to team members with various personality structures

Recognize potential conflicts and misunderstandings at an early stage

Learn how to communicate and re-establish constructive dialogue again

How the structure of the training looks like?

At this stage participants, through an online assessment, create an individualized report based on the PCM methodology, with precise information about the deep structure of their personality.
The personal profile identifies the basis of one of the six types of personality.
Other components provide information about each type of personality, and how they can be applied in interaction with other people.

You can also learn how to recognize your strengths, and how they can help you to communicate with certain types of personality, as well as how these strengths can become weaknesses in communication with some other types.

Another benefit of having a personal profile is that it is not only identifying possible negative behavior patterns, but it is also showing reasons for their occurrence and gives suggestions on how to turn them into potentially successful forms.

The report covers the following topics:
  • Unique personality structure
  • Personality strengths
  • Perception of the world and the ability to look from a different point of view
  • Preferences in interaction with others
  • Communication channels
  • The sides of personality that we most often use in communication
  • Psychological needs
  • Unique stress patterns that can sabotage personal and professional success
  • A unique action plan

Based on this assessment, it is possible to generate several different reports. Some of the most relevant are:

● Experiencing Excellence© – A report that gives managers insights that can enhance their managerial skills and communication
● Professional success profile
● Quality Relations© – A report designed to improve customer interaction and to build relationships to increase customer satisfaction

Training consists of a theoretical part, as well as a series of interactive workshops, where participants learn models and tools for the successful performance of managerial activities and practice applying them with different types of personalities.

Topics covered at training:
  • Basic Characteristics of 6 types of personality (Thinker, Harmonizer, Imaginer, Persister, Promoter, Rebel)
  • Basic needs of each type of personality
  • The ways of effective communication with each personality type
  • What drives different types of personality to stress?
  • What are the drivers and how to recognize them in stressful situations?
  • How do different types of personalities communicate when they are stressed?
  • Ways to overcome challenging situations in dealing with different types of personality
  • How to initiate and motivate people with a different personality structure
